I have received the register with very basic instructions and can't understand it at all.
can anyone tell me how to program a tax rate of 17.5% for department 1,0% for department 2 and none for department 3?
also, can I put business name on the receipts?
Any help is much appreciated.
Look on youtube.com. It has step by step instuctions that are extremely helpful.

The xe-a102 has 4 tax rates set on it. As standard the rates are all set to 0%. Whatyou need to do is set tax rate 1 to 17.5%. Then in the department settings you should assign the taxable departments to tax rate 2. All departments that are 0% should be left at tax rate 1.
