how can i fix my catalytic converter?

Mike is right .....they used to make pipes that replaced the convertor but think they have been outlawed now .....we always had good luck at Midas muffler because some of the convertors for cadiiladc were over 500 bucks...

well keli, if the cat. rattles its bad, you can only replace it, and its cost varies depending on the vehicle type. could be from 100 dollars to over a thousand, i would get a quality oem if its a car that you want to keep for a while
