Supplying power to ITR slave school clock 12 V D C circa 1931?

I have an ITR slave school clock and would like to hang it in my office and have it actually keep time. Any suggestions on how to supply power to it? The paper in the back of the clock indicates 12 VDC style # 14-47 and the date is Sept. 14, 1931.

If you want an accurate time piece you can build thione of these masters.
You can also buy a crystal controlled pulser and wire the secondary as a plain impulse movement (No self-correction (three wire movements)).

I have only just seen this. I am afraid that the answer is that you can't. Those ITR (IBM) Slave Clocks need to be connected to a Master Clock in order to keep time.
