lots of different wires in my ford fiesta?

please help me. i stupidly cut the adaptor out of my L reg ford fiesta and now i need to try and wire up my new stereo manually. but i dont know which wires do what in my car. ive tried to figure it out but just end up blowing fuses. All i need to know is which wires do what in my car. i know what the wires on my stereo do but not the wires in my car.
