How to replace belt on Hotpoint TDL54N tumble dryer?

Ive had a big problem working this out so here goes. Ok there are no tentioner pulleys that i can see after taking it apart and the motor is sat at the back central on the bottom. So how do i get the belt thats 1860mm long to fit onto the motor after going around the front of the drum? (so ive been told) Its very loose. It would have to kink back under drum to fit onto the motor anyway and thats crtainly not right as it would rub surely?? Is there a manual for the TDL 54N Aquarius Hotpoint Tumble Dryer?
