Mend Vauxhall Vectra V6 Cam Engine

How do I line up the cam pulleys on a 2000 Vauxhall Vectra V6 engine?

I need to line up the cam pulleys on a Vauxhall Vectra V6, they can be fitted one of 2 ways, is there any easy way to tell so I don't bend valves?

Unfortunately I cant help but on ebay you can order CD roms containing info on v6 engines.Have you found answers yourself?
