Mend Samsung D500 Battery Wont Work

My D500 screen is white and the battery whack wont work what should i do?

all i get on my samsung d500 is a white screen ive tired the battery whack and removing the sim card but i still jus get a white screen anyone no ne utha ways?

the ribbon that connects the two boards needs replacing look on ebay for yhe ribbon they are about £3 you neeed to make sure you dont break the ribbon clips as they are very fragile
