Mend Honda 1996 Accord Brake Light Lights

How do I change the rear brake light on a '96 Accord, what tools do I need?

My rear brake light indicator light is on, when the lights are off the rear brake light is out. When I turn the lights on, the rear brake lights work fine. I should probly change the light bulb, how do I do this?
