Mend Radiators Heating Hot

Radiators are cold at the bottom?

I have a problem with some of our central heating radiators on the ground floor only getting hot from halfway up to the top. Radiators upstairs are hot from top to bottom.
The system is fed by a heat pump.

D.I.Y, Plumbing Radiators Heating Hot

It sounds like sludge. You need to take them off the wall and flush them out with a hosepipe (outside obviously!!! LoL)
