how can i fix my cigarette lighter on a renault clio 1.2 versaillies?

You are probably correct thinking it is a fuse. You will find these at the drivers side behind a panel just infront of your right knee. Open the hatch, Check all fuses with the ignition off. replace any as necessary with the correct colour/rating. there is a small orange tool to remove the fuses on the back of the hatch panel if you are struggling with big sausage fingers.
