The fault you have has nothing to do with the rollers. Its a combination of three problems (1) The toner unit could be low or stuck- has it been allowed to go cold and condensation was allowed to set? (2) The imaging unit is misted and needs replacing (3) The glass surfaces through which the image is captured are covered in muck. Try a spare toner cartridge if you have one, failing that, clean all the pathways for the paper, and if that fails, you need a new imaging unit. Cost after cleaning? - anything from £40-£70. The black marks are indications of the toner cartridge being faulty. Start there.
