need help?

my needle goes up and down when i am trying to wind the bobbin. i have the wheel as loose as i can get it. i have a pfaff machine.

Hello Alice,
The problem is there is no oil on the balance wheel, there should be a small hole just above the balance wheel, put some very thin oil in WD40 should be fine.
