Mend Viking Replace Sewing Machine

how can I replace the power cord to my Viking sewing machine?

Our dog chewed the power supply cord off my Viking sewing machine. It is not the cord that goes to the foot pedal, but rather , the cord that goes to the machine itelf. Is there any way to replace it myself?

Hello Pam,
If you have enough cord left if the cord is chewed partway, I would suggest cutting the cord and join a new piece of cord on with a proper connecter, make sure the machine is not plugged in when you repair it.
