Mend White Knight CL447WV Dryer Heat Switch

White knight cl447wv no heat, spinning ok ??? red trip switch !!!?

Its just that mine has decided to stop getting hot !! its still spinning but cold.

I bypassed the red trip switch at back and its getting hot perfect now.

But wondered how safe it was without the red trip switch ???

Any help you can give me is appreciated.

the trip switch is there for safity resones bypassing it u have created a danger of the unit over heating and catching fire.
