i need to know how much salt i have to put in my indesit d63?

Ours is not the same model, but the salt is added using a funnel (supplied with machine) into a 'hole' under a screw cap in the floor of the washing space. We just pour in the salt until it's full - you know because the salt stops running in. They do say to use only 'proper' dishwasher salt.

Number-wise, ours is 1 for 'full wash' (hotter and longer for dirty pans etc - though it doesn't do them much)
2. for 'normal stuff' (use most of time) and 3 seems to be the stop position.
