Mend Renault Laguna Small Work Car

How can i get in to my laguna using the small manual key?

My lagunas electronic key doesnt work and won't unlock the car doors. I cannot get the small manual key that pulls out of the bottom of the electric one, to fit in the hole and unlock the cars doors.?????

you are putting it in the right hole mate? It should go into the passengers door handle after you prize off the plastic cover, by the way it will only get you into the car, you need to insert the card to start the car
