what do I do about oil leaking from renault clio 1.2 1996?

I had my car serviced and mot last week and 4 days later found oil leaking am I entitled to take the car back to garaged for it to be fixed at no extra cost?

they should have checked that your oil is not leaking. if its leaking from the sump bolt then u need a new sump bolt and they shouldnt charge you anything extra
