Mend Miele CM63 Brew Unit Coffee

Stuck brew unit in Miele CM63?

I have a model CM63 Counter Top Coffee Maker, the brew unit is stuck and cannot be removed for cleaning. Any ideas? I called Miele service department and they could not figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated.
