Flavel Milano 100 MLN10FR - Loud clacking noise?

My dad has a Flavel Milano 100 MLN10FR, probably purchased in 2019. As I switched the left-hand oven off today it made a loud clacking noise. I tried it a few more times...on ok, off loud clacking (metal-on-metal) noise. Something wrong with the fan? Thanks, Rhian
