Mend Sharp ER-A330 Er Clear Key

Sharp ER A330 z reports?

I have a Sharp ER A330 that I can't clear the historical totals in. I turn the key to the Z1 and run a report but the totals do not reset to zero. The manual doesn't seem to have a specific instruction for this. Also, if anyone knows if there is a way to open the cash drawer without running a sale first that would be great information to have! Thanks!
