Mend Vauxhall Frontera Wrong Power Time

what is wrong with my vauxhall frontera?

My frontera loses power when you begin going up a hill or when I have more than one person in it at a time. Obviously it is a fuel problem but what should I do . It is a 1993 diesel long wheel base frontera

check the hoses and pipes from the turbo up to the intercooler in front of the radiator and the same from the other end of the intercooler to the inlet manifold on top of the engine , mine was like yours and it was the hose going into the manifold that had a loose jubilee clamp which was letting air escape there.
