If you want to send music from your phone to the jukebox you could try, assuming the jukebox has an FM radio receiver, a simple FM sender in your phone

You don't really explain what you are trying to do. If it is finding an adapter you can plug in to send music via Bluetooth then, assuming there is a headphone jack on your jukebox, you could try searching EBay for a Bluetooth sender. Something like this:
