Mend Andrew James AM-SM1000 Stand Mixer Worm

Andrew James multifunction stand mixer?

It seems that the mincer/meat grinder worm just slips and does not engage the drive slot, I think something has slipped inside - the slot or the drive belt has slipped - does any one know how to get the cover off.
