Mend Cannon Carrick Gas Repair Ignition

Oven ignition not working ?

Cannon Carrick double oven.
Everything works correctly except when I turn on the bottom oven the hob rings spark but not the oven, is this a short circuit and how can I fix it. The oven works perfectly if I light it manually.
