6000 CD Radio?

The battery on my transit connect was changed, when the battery was replaced the radio asked for a pass code, once entered the unit worked with the exception of the blue tooth for the phone, when i push the phone button it says mute on the radio, how can i remedy this so i can reconnect my phone to the radio.
