Mend Scantronic Alarm System

How can I reset my 9427 scantronic system ?

I have a 9427 scantronic, the alarm went of randomly I turned it off using our normal code tried to turn alarm on but it will not work... the tampering hammer code is Red, the bottom padlock open sign is green and the top indicator is green.. what could be the problem? how can I reset my system?
