Mend Miele CVA 620 Programme Cycle

My Miele CVA 620 is stuck on rinsing programme?

Hi, I did a descale programme on my Miele following all of the correct procedures. Since then the programme is stuck on the rinsing cycle and won’t clear. The display tells me to fill water tank and rinse machine (I have done this 4 times). If I go to programme it won’t allow me to change anything. I have even resorted to switching off the power to see if it would reboot but this hasn’t helped either.

Chris, Further to my answer below, I forgot to mention that filling the tank with very warm water for the rinse cycle may also help sort this issue.

Hi Chris,
You will need to check that the steam jet and drain holes are not blocked, clear them if you think they may be. If this does not help let me know and we can go from there.
