how to connect the govenor control?

I have a Sears 5.5hp Rototillier w/Briggs & Stratton model 137202. I had to remove the rusted out tank to clean. Can't remember how to reconnect the Govenor Linkage (Governor spring, Rod-governor control, link-mechanical governor, governor lever). Looking for a picture or diagrham on how to connect. I have the parts list and owners manual, but no pictures of the actual connection.
