Mend Bolens BL110

I have a Bolens bl110 weed wacker. Cord wont work?

The cord on my Bolens weed wacker worked for 3 or 4 trim sessions but now it pulls halfway but no more. I took it apart and it works fine disassembled but when put together, it pulls halfway. The cord is not broke. Does anyone out there have a solution?
