NSM Prestige E 160 Juke Box Problem?

Hello..My JUKEBOX doesn't seem to read Number 4 or Number 8...everything else is fine.it's just those two numbers. Is this repairable or is it cream crackered? Any advice would be most humbly and gratefully received.
