I have a geller sx-580 ?

it has a department set up on it ( 9 ) with items in it that have no fixed price I want to add other items to this department, how do I do it ?

If it is a department then it doesn't have items in it. It is only a category button. You use one of the other departments if you need more. Otherwise, if you have fixed price items, you use a PLU
