The flow buttons on my selectronic 850 don't seem to be working ?

There is not much water flowing and I can't seem to increase it. I checked the mains water supply and that seems fine. I switched off the temperature lock switch but that makes no difference to the flow. Just moved in and the shower looks fairly new
