Mend Babylock Spirit Sewing Machine Thread Broken

How do I fix my automatic threader on Babylock spirit?

I broke a needle and it jerked the thing out of sync I guess. It goes through the motions but does not pick up the thread. Once in a great while it will try to pull thru but shreads the thread when doing it
