Mend Belt Back Pulley

Belt keeps slipping off the back of the pulley?

Ok, so here's the problem, we got the belt on, but it keeps slipping off the back side of the pulley when the machine is running. What is going on?

hi check the drum for up & down movement if there is some the bearings have gone on the drum so the pully is moving this is why the belt is comming off
