Vax Vibe mains lead is in retract mode?
The Vax is a refurb. It works well. The mains cable usually extends & retracts pushing a mechanical button. This isn't working & so cable is retracted even though it pulls out the built in spring mechanism is retracting the cable, making it hard to use an otherwise good vacuum.
