Mend DSC 9200 Faulty System Going

Faulty 9200 alarm system?

The system keeps going off and the red light marked tamper comes on. I enter the code to stop the alarm. The green light marked power and the red light marked day remains on. If I enter the code again the red light goes off but the green light remains on. Is it a battery fault?
