I have a gold 3800 printer seems to be stuck on. Does not show any numbers on screen but keeps trying to feed and printing stuff. It's been unplugged for 5 months also
Hi. Just noticed this was unanswered. If you haven't fixed it yet, it probably needs a new battery and fresh programming. Leaving registers off more than a couple of months is bad for the battery.
