Well the Off part of the switch seems to be working fine from what you say...

The switch may well be defective - have you tested it?

More likely the heating element has failed - in which case there is no chance of a repair.

Ditto street address - not wise...

Don't blindly post your contact details on any public forum. That is one of the most stupid things you can do on the Internet.

As for your heater; although you didn't mention the make, this appears to be a product by Midea, a cheap mass produced item from China. It is unlikely you will be able to find spares but do try a Google srarch for "midea spares"
