Ford focus zetec this. Help with electrical problems surrounding the dash?

Please advise me on....my warning light saying bonnet is open but is close tight my heaters don't work nor the electric windows. The fuse thing has fallen down in passenger footraffic well. Which fuses etc do I need to look at... help... your comment/ tips would be much appreciated
