How to fix a Bose radio/cd player after it's gotten wet?

My Bose Radio/CD player got wet from rain coming in the window under which it sits (didn't get there in time to close it-Grrr!). It turns on and plays but the "static" sound is unbearable. This happened several months ago and it still has the static sound. Anyway to dry it out or repair it?
