Mobility Scooter motor?

Just take off the motor, noting which wires go where.

Take off the speed controller, noting which wires go where.

Take off the throttle, , noting which wires go where.

take off the "Ignition" switch, noting which wires go where.

reassemble onto your logo.

Replace the throttle with an appropriate potentiometer, if necessary.


That is EXACTLY what was done for someone's grandkiddie with this, which used an under-wheelchair strap-on 5th wheel motor:
