Mend UP700 Locked Enter Option

Up700 cash register ?

I have 4 up700 tills and they are all locked out of pgm mode when I enter the mode there is a little (!) beside all of the option has anyone an idea on how to correct this

Supervisor mode has been disabled. This is a service setting so it normally means your dealer has decided to lock you out of programming. You need a service key which turns one extra click past PGM2 mode and gives service programming. You can get a service key from Sharp
