Mend Stanley BHO61 Flame Burner Seconds

stanley cooker stove wit Mono Flame burner. Lockout after 10 seconds. ?

Fitted new oil cut off valve on pump and control box BHO61. Still cuts out after 10 seconds. Got oil and power. When it starts no power goes to light sensor. Checked light sensor seems ok with meter.
It used to start up with a purge cycle electrods sparking for few seconds then cut in oil and flame. Doesnt do ignition bit now?
any ides please
