Mend Ford Transit Key Fob Day

locking my 03 transit ?

03 transit. my key fob locking got to some days it works next day it doesnt so i changed the battery and now it doesnt work at all .can lock it with key but after 10 or 20 seconds the van cab unlocks itself .any ideas
