electrical fault?

i just bought almera 2004 model

my panelbeater change the driver side window machenism as he wsse changing the door due to panel beating purpose.

he fail to conect the wirering correctly.

i hade to get someone to do it for me.

after fixing the window , the car car is not starting, the alarm light is flushing, when i turn the ignition on the battery image is also flushing and and looks weaker then the other gauges

the car is swinging but not staring

when i put the fuel in the trout, the car starts but when that fuel is finish then the car switches off.

please help me to fix my car
