Mend Renault Clio dynamique 1.2 Immobiliser Wont Start

Red light is flashing fast on my dash and car won't start?

Argh I've got a Clio dynamique 1.2 and I've gone to start it this morning and it won't start :(
The red light in the middle on the screen flashes really fast.
I've spent ages this morning on Google trying to find an answer but I'm still none the wiser :(. Can anyone poss help this single mum who knows nothing about cars and is totally stuck without the car to use!!! Thanks so much in advance for any help :) xx
