Clarkes table saw problem ?

My table saw motor works but arbor just spins with no friction could this be the bearings.

The thing is the nut was tight to the blade but I took the blade off and the arbor can be stopped by holding it .thanks

There will be a nut that holds the blade fast against the rotating shaft - tighten it up
