hi the settings ?

hi the settings panel wont work on my fisher pykel washing macine its door is stuck and there is one min on the timer that wont budge ive tried moving the controls but no response and door wont open ive tried turning it off and leaving it and turning it back on but makes no difference can you please helo I would be very grateful
