How to look for the right one?

I have a challenge extreme 2500w pressure cleaner but the trigger Bit when you use it the water gusts out of it. But I don't know how to look for and buy the correct one. It has things like 250v 260v 50hz2500w and 201027 and apw-vh-130p and I don't have a clue what to do to get the right one please can anyone help
