daf lf 45/150?

my daf lf runs great starts first time until i drive any distance or pute pressure on engine like going up hill the it starts missing and engine warning light comes on , tem gauge does not rise very high .can anyone help.was told it could be a injector.then was told it could be cam shaft sensor,can anyone help please thanks tom
